YOUTH MINISTRY DIRECTOR: for the Londonderry, NH Presbyterian Church
A Member of the New Wineskins/Evangelical Presbyterian Church’s (EPC’s) Non-Geographic Presbytery.
Londonderry Presbyterian Church is prayerfully seeking a new Youth Ministry Director for our 350+ member church located in scenic Londonderry, NH. This is a full-time position which will supervise youth ministries of the church consisting of grades 6-12. We are seeking a Director with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Formal training in Youth Ministry is preferred. Our desire is for the Youth Ministry Director to capture a vision and philosophy for student ministries that shepherds the youth of the church through wisdom, discernment, compassion and love.

HEAD OF SCHOOL: Boxford Academy provides a challenging educational experience informed by a Christian worldview to students in Pre-K3 through Grade 5.

The Head of School is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the school, as well as overseeing faculty and staff, curriculum and instruction, and admissions. The Head of School also serves as the school’s chief spokesperson and fundraiser and is an ex-officio member of the Academy’s Board of Trustees as well as all board subcommittees. The Head of School also will be assigned part-time teaching responsibilities that will be based on the particular candidate’s expertise.

Qualifications: Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the elementary level, experience in school administration, a willingness to work closely with the trustees as well as other members of the school’s administrative team, possession of strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and significant experience in an independent Christian school. Must have a commitment to, ability to articulate, and experience in implementing classical/traditional Christian educational philosophy. Experience in marketing and fundraising a plus.
